Abstract

Comoedia Phylonis (“Philon’s Comedy”) has been one of the most neglected pieces by Humanistic Latin Scholars. In fact, to this day it can only be found in the sole manuscript which has transmitted it. This article presents the first edition and the first translation of this comedy into a modern language, with a brief presentation.
